Christmas is next week!
This has come round far too quick, I’ve wrapped nothing and feel unprepared but looking forward to a week of just recovering and doing a couple less 6am starts.
Below is the ULTIMATE guide to staying on track with your goals over Christmas.

For me I’ll still train as I enjoy it and it stops me from feeling sluggish but I am also going to be knee deep in 50 shades of cheese.
If we are lucky we get 80 Christmases.
Even less with all our family around.
Christmas is tough for our family with it being the last day my Grandad was at home but it was always a day he loved. He loved me being there as well, used me as an excuse for bacon sarnies, 10am beer? “Anthony asked for one” in reality he popped his head through asking if we should have one.
So if you think I’m going to say no to my Nan when she says do you want a leftover sandwich or to share some after eights you damn right I’m going to say yes because I’ll take that moment with me when the time comes that she’s not there.
I will be taking next week off so no newsletter but I will be back in the New Year ready to help you all smash 2025!
