Calorie banking is your saviour..

Treat your calories as a week long thing.

Say your target is 2000 per day times this by 7 and you've got a weekly total of 14000.

During the week we're often super motivated so drop your calories down to 1600 for 5 days and then that will leave you a lovely 6000 over two days..
