ATT SANTA FUN RUN PLUS EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT

This weekend we are hitting the streets of Norwich to raise money for an incredible person and friend Rosie Hodgson.

Rosie has Gorham Stout disease, which affects just 300 people in the world and is a bone crumbling disease, and she plays Powerchair football at the top level. So much so that her team have been invited to the Club World Championships.

Now I could write all her story but she is part of a big announcement which I will be posting tomorrow - I AM BACK PODCASTING!

I used to do one called My Mental Mates (you can check this out on Spotify and Apple Music) which was mental health focused but this one will be called The Powerful Living podcast. I want to help empower people with the knowledge to take their health, fitness and mindset to the next level by interviewing incredible people and Rosie is EXACTLY that!

If you are interested in joining the run we will be leaving The Lions’ Den (outside the Red Lion Bishopgate) at 7pm on Sunday doing a 5km route, you can find this route using the link below, and back to the Den for festive drinks being sold in their beautiful outdoor setting with firepits, blankets and hot water bottles
