This Monday my ATT Challenge Crew will be starting and I’m excited to be doing something a little unique.
Now you might hear the word challenge and think you’re set for a 1000 burpees a day but this is going to be something different.
These challenges will be setting you up to build life changing habits.
So how is it going to work?
Each month I will set a new challenge on the first Monday of the month and these will vary in length, some will be short 7 days and some will be longer.
But each month they’ll be focused on improving health, fitness and wellness but also I will chuck in the option every now and again for a bit of a beasting week for those are that way inclined.
We’ve got a WhatsApp group to hold us all to account which you can engage with as much as you like or as little as you like!
